Consolidated Oil Well Services was founded in 1956 by Edsel Noland and has been providing quality oilfield services to eastern Kansas for more than fifty years. Additional locations were added throughout the years to bring us to where we are today. Headquartered in Chanute, Kansas, we have five service points or yards in Kansas, three service points in Oklahoma, and two service points in Wyoming. 

In September 2007, Consolidated Oil Well Services, LLC purchased Oklahoma Oilwell Cementing Company to further expand its cementing capabilities. Oklahoma Oilwell Cementing Company was founded in 1975 by Joe Smith and is located in Cushing, Oklahoma. They provide cementing services to the oil and gas industry throughout central Oklahoma at depths up to 10,000 ft.

Consolidated Oil Well Services, LLC and Oklahoma Oilwell Cementing Company are both subsidiaries of Q Consolidated, LLC which in turn is owned by Quintana Energy Partners, L.P.
